YOKO, McCARTNEY FEUDING AGAIN

description

According to reports, Yoko Ono is “looking into” whether or not she has any legal recourse against Paul McCartney.

McCartney’s newest project, a live album called “Back in the U.S.,” credits 19 songs to “Paul McCartney and John Lennon,” instead of “Lennon-McCartney,” as they have been always credited for the past 40 years.

Even the song “Yesterday,” written solely by McCartney, has always been credited to “Lennon-McCartney.”

The report states that Ono’s attorneys claim that changing the credits around violates an agreement between Ono and McCartney made 40 years ago. McCartney’s spokesperson says that they never had a deal that required the credits be done in a particular way.
