Daytime Emmy winner Cynthia Watros, last seen on “The Drew Carey Show,” is taking on the lead of a new CBS sitcom titled “Washington Street.” The midseason possible replacement is about a single mom living in an apartment building where all the neighbors form a family-like setting.
