Bad-girl ex-figure skater Tonya Harding is in trouble with the law again.
Over the weekend, Harding crashed her pickup truck into a ditch, and when police arrived at the scene they administered sobriety and breathalyzer tests — both of which Harding failed.
The accident happened near Battle Ground, Washington, at 1:30 a.m., and neither Harding nor her passenger was injured.
Harding has had run-ins with the law before. In 1994, she was implicated in the injury of fellow figure skater Nancy Kerrigan. In 2000, Harding was sentenced to three days in jail for allegedly hitting her boyfriend with a hubcap during an argument. And last January, Harding was ordered out of her home for failure to pay her rent.
Harding’s most recent public appearance was on Fox’s Celebrity Boxing last month, where she defeated Paula Jones.
