Tommy Lee — on probation for spousal abuse — had a progress hearing on Monday in Malibu, California.
According to a prosecutor, Lee is currently working toward completing the community service part of his probation obligations. He has worked 154 of his mandatory 450 hours, which he has until the year 2003 to complete.
He has already completed his domestic violence counseling and is no longer subject to random drug testing, said Deputy District Attorney Katherine Solazano.
In 1998, Lee was charged with spousal abuse, child abuse and a weapons violation after an argument with estranged spouse Pamela Anderson. Anderson called police, claiming she had been assaulted during the course of the argument.
