“Jag” star David James Elliott is leaving his role as Commander Harmon Rabb Jr. when the CBS series finishes its 10th season in the spring. Elliott has already inked a deal with ABC and Touchstone Television to develop new projects for him. “Jag” has not been green-lighted for next season yet.
