STELLA McCARTNEY ACCUSED OF STEALING T-SHIRT IDEA

Paul McCartney’s daughter Stella has become a celebrity in her own right.

She launched her own clothing label in 1995, the year of her graduation from London’s Central St. Martins College of Art & Design.

In 1998, she was named one of British Vogue’s fifty most stylish women after succedding designer Karl Lagerfeld as chief designer at the French couture house “Chloe” the year before.

With all of this success why would she want to steal someone else’s clothing designs? That’s the question personal trainer Clay O’Shea is asking.

O’Shea, who designed T-shirts for the Slang clothing label decorated with London’s own Cockney rhyming slang slogans, is a tad bit annoyed with Stella for including similar shirts in her catwalk show for next season.

“The Slang label has been in stores for almost six months,” said O’Shea.

“Stella McCartney is clearly a talented designer, so frankly I was surprised to see the slogans on the runway for next season.”

And, although Stella’s spokesperson is denying that her shirts were influenced by Slang, O’Shea added briskly, “I will be seeking legal advice.”
