“Amber Frey: Witness for the Prosecution,” a CBS movie about the Scott Peterson trial, has begun production with “West Wing’s” Janel Moloney in the title role. “Saturday Night Live” alum Nora Dunn is playing Frey’s attorney, Gloria Allred, who is also serving as co-executive producer for the movie.
