SANDRA BULLOCK GETS RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST ALLEGED STALKER

description

According to court documents, Sandra Bullock was granted a restraining order by an LA judge against a man that Bullock says stalked her in three different states.

The documents state that the man, Thomas James Weldon, virtually swamped Bullock’s production company, agent and family members with emails, faxes and voice mail messages asking for “money and intimacy” with Bullock.

The petition also states that Weldon followed Bullock from California to Texas to South Carolina and that Bullock is concerned because he “has become increasingly vigorous in his pursuit … and is concerned that this increased aggressiveness will escalate to violence,” ultimately causing her “physical or emotional injury.”

Weldon suffers from paranoid schizophrenia and refuses to take any medication. He has been convicted of aggravated felony stalking in the state of Michigan, unrelated to the Bullock case, and a warrant for his arrest has been issued in Texas.

The restraining order states that Weldon must remain at least 200 yards away from Bullock until the June 6 hearing.
