Thursday afternoon LA County District attorney filed criminal charges against Sixth Sense actor Haley Joel Osment for driving under the influence and possessing marijuana. According to TMZ, Osment, 18, lost control of his 1995 Saturn on his way home and collided with a brick pillar at 1 am on July 20. The actor was later treated for a broken rib and a shoulder injury, although no bystanders were harmed.
