When Russell Crowe heard about a firebombing incident at a Jewish elementary school in Montreal, he was moved to action. Crowe personally called the school to offer his condolences and make a donation toward rebuilding their library, which was all but destroyed by the blast. Crowe is in Toronto filming the Ron Howard movie “Cinderella Man” about the life of boxer James J. Braddock.
