NYPD Blue alum Charlotte Ross is joinging the cast of ABC’s Jake in Progress. She’ll play Annie, the former fiancee of Jake (John Stamos) who’s unexpected arrival causes him to have second thoughts about settling down. The catch is that Annie is engaged to someone else. Jake is scheduled to return in January for its second season.
