Gwyneth Paltrow and her mother, Blythe Danner, were the guests of honor at the Women in Film’s Crystal and Lucy Awards in Los Angeles. The Lucy Award, named after Lucille Ball, was given to Blythe for enhancing the perception of women in TV. Gwyneth was given the 2004 Crystal Award for working to enlarge the presence of women in the entertainment industry.
