After having her singing career cut short by a throat operation in 1997, Julie Andrews is performing again in “The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement,” a movie due to be released in August. Julie is starring in the sequel to the 2001 movie about an American girl who is heir to the throne of a small European country.
