Ed McMahon is teaming up with a talk show host who is out of this world. Alf, the alien who lived with an earth family from 1986 to 1990, will join McMahon on “Alf’s Hit Talk Show” to be aired July 5 on the TV Land cable network. The show is fashioned after a night talk show format and feature Dennis Franz, Drew Carey, Joan Rivers and Henry Winkler as the show’s guests. McMahon’s role? Announcer, of course.
