The FBI is seeking the public’s help identifying three suspects dubbed the “One-hit Wonders,” as each is associated with just a single separate bank robbery.

The FBI Denver Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force released surveillance images of each of the three “One-hit Wonder” suspects, which are also being sought by the Denver Police Department and the Greenwood Village Police Department.

The first suspect is linked to a robbery that took place at CrossFirst Bank Denver on South Ulster Street in Denver at around 3:15 p.m. on Jan. 2. No description was provided.

The second suspect is linked to a robbery that took place at ENT Credit Union on Wynkoop Street in Denver at around 5:35 p.m. on Jan. 3. He is described as a white man, 50–60 years old, with a large build, wearing glasses at the time of the robbery.

The third suspect is linked to a robbery that took place at the Bank of America branch on south Yosemite Street in Greenwood Village at around 11:25 a.m. on Jan. 14. She is described as a white woman, 40–50 years old, standing 5 feet, 5 inches tall, and walking with a limp. She was wearing a camouflage trapper hat, prescription glasses, a blue coat and black gloves during the robbery.

Authorities are asking members of the public to be on the lookout for individuals matching the suspects’ descriptions, or who “recently changed their spending habits or discussed coming into money suddenly.”

“Mobilizing the general public is a powerful crime-fighting tool. In fact, we have a recent federal sentencing in which we identified the so-called Penguin Bandit after a tip came in from the public,” FBI Denver Special Agent in Charge Mark Michalek said in a statement. “Someone out there will recognize these suspects if we can get the images in front of enough eyes.”

Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact Denver police, Greenwood Village police, the FBI or Metro Denver Crime Stoppers, or leave an anonymous tip.
