There was a bash for “The Hills” cutie WHITNEY PORT’s 23rd birthday at Hollywood’s Villa on March 4 (her real B-day is the next day), and her reality show pals LAUREN CONRAD and AUDRINA PATRIDGE were there to help her blow out the candles on her birthday cake. The skinny-minnie girls didn’t actually eat the cake, though – they just sat there looking at it. We’re all for discipline, but that’s just ridiculous. It’s a party… have a slice!
