Easter Bunny Arrested In Ohio For Allegedly Giving Out Subpar Candy
The Easter Bunny was arrested in Ohio just days ahead of the holiday in what officials said was a “sweet situation gone sour.”
The Fairborn Police Department shared photos of the Easter Bunny being taken into custody Friday after complaints about “some seriously disappointing candy handouts.”
“Complaints ranged from stale chocolate to off-brand jelly beans, and suspiciously chewy marshmallows,” police joked on social media.
“No word yet on bail, but sources close to the Bunny say hes hoping to be out by Easter to deliver your sweet treats,” police said.
