John Mark Karr drugged and molested a 13-year-old girl when he was 20, according to a former friend who watched the scene in horror.
In a string of sick incidents, the man who’s confessed to killing JonBenet Ramsey used marijuana and the “laughing gas” nitrous oxide to cripple and then molest unsuspecting teenagers at parties, said the friend.
“He used to wait for these girls to pass out, and then he would do things to them. He didn’t care who saw,” Dana Shepler — who’s known Karr for 21 years — told The ENQUIRER in an exclusive interview.
