Kraft is a suspect in the deaths of 51 male victims, who were tortured, sexually abused — and sometimes beheaded, The ENQUIRER has learned. Their bizarre friendship is the talk of E Block.
“Scott is the only pretty boy on E Block right now — and word is that Randy is obsessed with him,” a source told The ENQUIRER.
The two killers communicate by exchanging “kites” — written messages attached to lines made of dental floss — between their cells. They are 11 cells apart, but other prisoners help move their “kites” along.
In one chilling exchange of correspondence — obtained exclusively by The ENQUIRER — Kraft, who’s been on death row since 1989, tells Scott: “The publicity in my case was like yours in many respects.”
