Cher has a message for two penned Asian elephants!

“I Got You, Babes!”

The pair of pachyderms, Billy and Tina, now reside at the Los Angeles Zoo and supporters, including Cher, want them moved to an animal sanctuary.

But officials plan to relocate Billy, 40, and Tina, 59, to another zoo in Tulsa, Okla., and a lawsuit has been filed by animal rights advocates to stop the move.

The “Believe” singer, 79, has filed a declaration supporting the suit, insisting: “Billy doesn’t deserve this!”

Cher reminded the court she’s cofounder of Free the Wild and has been fighting to free Billy “for the last 15 years.”

The lawsuit claims the Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens intended to “dupe the public into believing” that the animals were being relocated to an elephant sanctuary after being held in cramped and allegedly inhumane quarters for decades.

The bait and switch ignited the lawsuit, along with protests, explosive city meetings and the pop icon’s actions on the pachyderms’ behalf.

“Billy and Tina may not be any better off at the Tulsa Zoo than they are at the L.A. Zoo,” notes Dr. Chris Draper of the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries.

Grammy winner Cher also shared a link on X that directs users to give “feedback” to L.A. Mayor Karen Bass, imploring her 3.7 million followers to “say” their “piece” about the heart-wrenching case.

The Los Angeles Zoo issued a statement insisting its elephants and other animals “receive the best care possible,” and referred questions about the legal battle to the city attorney’s office, which refused comment to news outlets.

“Billy and Tina have served their time in confinement,” explained Cher. “They deserve the chance to live out their lives in peace and dignity.”
