YOU KNOW HUBBY’S A CHEETAH WHEN . . .

When even a Tiger can become a Cheetah an expert reveals tell tale signs women can watch out for…

How can you tell if YOUR man’s cheating on you?

You don’t have to be a detective to spot the clues – there are plenty of giveaways, says infidelity expert Stephany Alexander.

"Thanks to the Internet, it’s easier than ever for men to find a willing partner," warned Stephany, who runs www.womansavers.com – a database designed to help women steer clear of cheating and abusive men.

"But a cheating man can hide his cheating ways for only so long before he gets caught."

Here are some signs to watch out for:

He spends less time with you. A cheater must use an excuse like working long hours, extra meetings, work dinners or other functions to carve out time for his other woman.

He isn’t as affectionate. Your sex life is almost nonexistent. He doesn’t want to cuddle, watch a movie, hold hands or do many of the touchy-feely things he used to.

He changes his physical appearance. A cheater usually buys new clothes, gets a new hair style or begins working out to be more attractive to the other woman.

His car is different. The passenger seat has been moved, the radio is tuned to an unusual station or there are unknown hairs inside.

His behavior changes. He’s more short-tempered, and becomes defensive if you ask questions about his whereabouts, accusing you of being insecure, possessive or snoopy.

Watch for new cell phone patterns. A cheater turns his phone off when you’re together because "she" might call.

He sometimes gets middle-of-the-night calls, and may leave the room to have a phone conversation. If you have access to his telephone bill, check it for repeated unknown numbers.

His computer usage changes. A cheater may use a computer to find partners or to communicate with them. If your man is on his computer for long periods of time behind closed doors, he may be communicating with another woman.

Be alert to changes in his spending habits. A cheater will suddenly be low on money – because he’s spending so much on the other woman! Watch as to whether he starts paying with cash and making more frequent ATM withdrawals to cover his paper trail. Check receipts, bills or stubs to which you have access.

He’s more unreliable. Maybe he says he’ll be at work, but when you call he’s not there. Or he says he’s with a friend and that friend calls looking for him. Everyone’s plans change sometimes, but if your guy is consistently not where he says he will be, it’s possible he’s cheating.

"If you spot any of these signs, put on your detective hat and dig deeper," said Stephany.

"If you discover concrete evidence that your partner is cheating, you must decide whether you want to leave the relationship or whether it is worth saving."
