TV’s iconic WONDER WOMAN LYNDA CARTER battles MEGAN FOX, defends truth, justice and her Invisible Plane!

As The ENQUIRER reported previously a new Wonder Woman TV show is in the works and is being produced by Ally McBeal creator DAVID E. KELLY.

Megan Fox was rumored to playing the part in a film but badmouthed WW, saying, "She’s lame. She flies around in an invisible jet, but she’s not invisible. I don’t get it."

Now Lynda Carter fights back!

"Megan Fox actually kind of trashed Wonder Woman," Lynda told FoxNews. "She said she thought it was dumb, like ‘What’s the big whoop making people tell the truth.’

"I like her, I just thought she shouldn’t trash Wonder Woman."

And LC thinks the new WW is a great idea especially with Kelly at the helm.

"He’s great at the underlying comedy and character development. I spoke to him several weeks ago and he is perfect for it because he will really give the characters life.

"It’s not just going to be a cartoon or a comic book thing, which is really what I think we tried to do."

As The ENQUIRER exclusively reported the new WW show has been greenlit and may replace Smallville, on the CW when the Young Superman series ends it’s decade long run at the conclusion of this season.

And remember, when Lynda Carter IS officially announced as playing Wonder Woman’s mother Queen Hipployta, in the new series you READ IT HERE FIRST!
