The “Ice Ice Baby” rapper caught his wife of 14 years having an affair with his best friend – his TV co-star Rodney Davis, The ENQUIRER has learned.
Rodney and Ice’s wife Laura have been secretly seeing each other for more than a year – but the affair really heated up when the entertainer was in England taping a TV appearance, say sources.
After learning of his wife’s romance, the father of two packed his bags and moved out of his Wellington, Fla., home, say sources.
Ice – whose real name is Robert Van Winkle – “went through the roof when he found out his best friend was sleeping with his wife,” a close source revealed.
On May 20, days after Rodney’s wife of 14 years got wind of the cheating scandal, she filed for divorce in Palm Beach County.
And Ice booted Rodney from his cable TV show, “The Vanilla Ice Project.”
