Tori, 42, has undergone some secret cosmetic skin resurfacing to keep her skin smooth for yet another reality show close-up, sources told The National ENQUIRER. But the alarming results are anything but a secret!
She looked “red and raw after a chemical peel, waxed eyebrows and a microdermabrasion facial,” our on-site spy reported after Tori was seen exiting a spa in Calabasas, Calif., while a second source said she’s visited the spa weekly since July.
What’s more, The ENQUIRER can now reveal Tori is wrestling with an amputation horror!
The reality star is still healing from a severe burn to her right arm sustained while celebrating Easter with husband Dean McDermott and their four kids at Benihana Restaurant in Encino. Tori tripped and fell backward onto a scorching hot hibachi grill, searing her arm with a massive second-degree burn. She has since undergone skin grafts that friends fear have become infected.
“It just doesn’t seem to be healing,” a family friend explained. “It’s been months now. I’m afraid her arm will need to be amputated!
“Now when she feels a pain in her arm, she thinks it will have to be amputated – and she’s got her friends scared to death.”
It’s not the first time body-obsessed Tori has frightened friends, fans and family with cosmetic touch-ups and bizarre weight-loss behavior.
The ENQUIRER reported last year how Tori began a 500-calorie-a-day diet after Dean was caught redhanded in a two-day romp with Emily Goodhand.
Doctors have also said the former “Beverly Hills, 90210” cutie has had “too many nose jobs.”
