Another marriage bites the dust — this time for To Catch A Predator host Chris Hansen. The disgraced TV star’s wife of 30 years, Mary Joan, filed for divorce from her deadbeat husband on June 5, 2018.

In the documents obtained by Radar Online, Mary Joan claimed: “The marriage has broken down irretrievably.” In addition to alimony, Mary Joan is also requesting “a fair division of property and debts.”

The estranged duo has been living in Connecticut with their two sons — if you call living leading two separate lives.

Back in 2011, The National ENQUIRER exclusively broke the news of Hansen’s affair with much-younger news reporter Kristyn Caddell. They were later caught on camera together behind Mary Joan’s back. Two years later, Caddell alleged to Radar that Hansen told her he was headed for divorce … which wasn’t true until now.

The two-timer has had quite the week. The news of his messy marriage ending comes at the same time he was accused of bouncing checks and refusing to pay a whopping $13,000 total to a local Connecticut vendor for some marketing products he received. On Monday, January 14, he was charged for issuing a bad check and was later released without bond.

The liar told Peter Psichopaidas, owner of Promotional Sales Limited of Summer Street, that his wife would deliver him the correct check, but we’re not surprised she didn’t want to do him any favors.

Psichopaidas finally got his check in April 2018, but it bounced again. “Peter … I truly thought I had this covered,” Hansen wrote in an email three days later, according to the affidavit. “I am scrambling to get it done. Please give me till the end of the day. I sold a boat to cover the rest of this and need to pick up the payment this afternoon.”

Better luck next week, Hansen.
