TIGER WOODS’ betrayal still haunts his ex-wife ELIN NORDEGREN, who sources say dumped her wealthy boyfriend because she can’t trust men!
The 32-year-old blonde beauty pulled the plug on her rebound romance with businessman Jamie Dingman out of fear that he cheated on her when he was out of town, just like Tiger did, sources say.
“Jamie rarely spent time with Elin,” a source close to her told The ENQUIRER.
“He’d pop in to visit her in Florida for a few days and then fly out again and be gone for weeks. Elin began thinking that she had no way of knowing if he was seeing other women while he was away.”
The Swedish stunner’s six-year marriage to Tiger blew up when The ENQUIRER caught the golfer cheating with New York party girl Rachel Uchitel. Soon after, a parade of Tiger’s other bimbos emerged, and Elin cashed in with a $100 million divorce in August 2010.
She met Dingman, 38, in January 2011 at a charity ball in Florida. The two were later spotted at her luxury apartment in Stockholm and in Florida with her and Tiger’s kids, daughter Sam, 4, and son Charlie, 3.
But Dingman, the son of billionaire Michael Dingman, spends much of his time managing investments in China.
“Elin remembers too well that Tiger cheated on her whenever he was away from home,” said her friend. “She never suspected that he was being unfaithful, and his betrayals blindsided her.
“Elin was also worried about Jamie because he once dated Tiger’s mistress Rachel Uchitel. She’s always been afraid that Jamie has Tiger’s same taste in trashy women.”
The final straw came when Jamie refused to accompany Elin and Sam on a Disney cruise with one of Sam’s friends and the child’s parents.
“Jamie thought the cruise wouldn’t be romantic with the kids around,” confided the source.
“Elin said, ‘That showed me Jamie just wants a hot girlfriend, but I’m a mother and he has to accept that.’
