Drew’s beau Will Kopelman , 34,popped the question in Sun Valley, Idaho around the holidays.
The son of the former CEO of Chanel, Arie Kopelman, Will first dated theCharlie’s Angels actress/producer, 36, last year.
It’s the third walk down the aisle for the Barrymore acting dynasty beauty.
Drew had wed Welsh bar owner Jeremy Thomas in March 1994 — only to divorce a month later.
Her second marriage to then-MTV funnyman Tom Green, was equally as brief – marrying July 2001 and divorcing in December.
Drew’s had her well chronicled share of ups and downs since first appearing in ET, The Extraterrestrial.
