Sofia Vergara is still fighting with her ex Nick Loeb over him wanting her baby!
The high-tech custody battle has only gotten uglier, with Sofia’s former fiancé Nick Loeb insisting that he deserves to keep the fertilized eggs that the couple preserved together!
But 43-year-old Sofia — now engaged to “Magic Mike” actor Joe Manganiello — doesn’t like the idea of Nick having babies with any kind of contribution from her!
Nick is insisting that he deserves custody, though: “Many have asked me, ‘Why not just move on and have a family of your own?’ I have every intention of doing so — but that doesn’t mean I should let the two lives I have already created be destroyed or sit in a freezer until the end of time!”
There were even rumors that Nick had hired professional protesters to gather outside of Sofia’s promotional attendances for “Hot Pursuit” — her action/comedy which was released in theaters this summer.
The court case is discreetly named as “Doe v. Doe,” but The ENQUIRER can reveal that Sofia’s lawyers have been in court this week to put an end to Nick’s claims, invoking a law that says someone can’t use another person’s genetic material without consent.
Meanwhile, an angry insider insisted: “[Nick] is perfectly fertile and could go and start a family with another woman! This is a sad attempt to stay relevant and hold onto the past — and her!”
