SEX ASSAULT CHARGES: ATTORNEY SAYS TRAVOLTA WAS ELSEWHERE

JOHN TRAVOLTA’s attorney fights back at first sex accuser claims – and can offer proof the “GREASE” star wasn’t even in the same state when the alleged incident occured.

The first masseur who filed a lawsuit claiming Travolta sexually harassed him claims to have proof to bolster his January 16 allegation, has exclusively learned the "Saturday Night Fever" star's attorney is countering with proof of their own that he wasn't in the same state at the time.

Previously, two unidentified masseurs have filed lawsuits against Travolta, claiming charges of assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The first lawsuit alleges the event happened at the Beverly Hills Hotel on January 16, 2012.

Yet, RadarOnline.com reported Travolta's attorney Marty Singer has refuted the allegations saying, "On the date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast."

"My client was in New York on January 15. We have flight and hotel records," Singer said.

EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENTS: John Travolta Attorney Sets Deposition For Sex Accuser

Yet Travolta lawsuit accuser #1's lawyer Okorie Okorocha claims that he can prove Travolta was in Los Angeles at the time of the incident.

A credit card receipt surfaced showing that Travolta was in New York on January 16 — and Okorocha argued Travolta may have flown out there in the evening, after the incident occurred with his client.

"The credit card receipt that Mr. Travolta says proves he was in New York City has a time stamp of 11:38 p.m., our complaint clearly says the assault occurred in the morning of January 16. This credit card receipt proves absolutely nothing, and it doesn't account for the day of January 16," Okorocha stated.

"My client was sexually assaulted at 10 a.m. Travolta could make it to New York on horseback in that time."

But Singer claims the explosive new flight and hotel records will prove Travolta was in New York January 15 all the way through the 16th.

Meanwhile, this doesn’t account for the claims in the 2nd John Doe sexual assault lawsuit filed and Okorocha has stated he has even more accusers lined up ready to file similar charges against the star.
