The newest lady on “The View” has a lady love!
Former “Cosby” kid Raven-Symoné, 29, was recently anointed as the popular daytime talk show’s newest co-host – but it’s what she’s not telling viewers that is bound to shock!
Lesbian rumors have hounded the talented actress, who also starred on the Disney Channel series, “That’s So Raven,” for years.
“Raven has hidden being gay for a long time now,” a source told The National ENQUIRER.
In 2012, The ENQUIRER revealed that Raven had shacked up with AzMarie Livingston, an androgynous beauty then appearing on “America’s Next Top Model.” The two began dating and moved in together. “But when her family found out, they blew their stack and it’s created a gay scandal for Raven,” said the source.
“She told her parents she loves them, but her home – especially her bedroom – is nobody’s business, and she was not going to back down, so they needed to accept it, period.”
Despite The ENQUIRER’s report, Raven refused to discuss her love life, declaring: “My sexual orientation is mine.”
It wasn’t until she came face to face with Oprah Winfrey and her cameras that she felt comfortable to tell the world she was in “an amazing, happy relationship” with a female partner.
“I don’t want to be labeled gay,” said Raven. “I want to be labeled a human who loves humans.”
Said the insider: “With Raven at the table, it’s not your mother’s ‘View’ anymore. There’s going to be a lot of fireworks!”
