Former Republican vice presidential hopeful Sarah Palin is hoping to wrangle a buyer for her Scottsdale, Ariz., equestrian estate, which she just put on the market for $2.5 million — perhaps because she still has her eye on the White House?

The gated home with mountain views boasts almost 8,000 square feet of room, with six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a theater, wine cellar, rooftop deck, high ceilings and chandeliers.

If any potential suitors love the outdoors, the backyard features not only four acres of equestrian grounds, but a pool, spa, lighted sports courts, a fire pit and a covered patio and veranda with built-in grilling station. Oh, there’s also a motorcade-ready six-car garage!

Sarah was Arizona Sen. John McCain’s running mate in 2008, losing to the Barack ObamaJoe Biden ticket. She was governor of Alaska from 2006-’09, when she quit midterm.

But that was not the end of her ambitions. As The National ENQUIRER reported earlier this year, the crafty politician is still plotting to get her family life squared away and get to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., but this time with her eye on the Oval Office!

And a cool $2.499 million would make for a nice initial investment in a political war chest!
