Sandra Bullock can expect parenting problems after adopting a second child, a renowned doctor has told The National ENQUIRER.

Nationally known therapist Dr. Gilda Carle said the divorced Oscar winner, 51, could have trouble with her 5-year-old son, Louis, whom she adopted in 2010.

“Bringing a new child into her home is going to be a big change for Louis, and Sandra will face new parenting issues as a result,” Dr. Carle told The ENQUIRER.

Single mom Sandra, who divorced husband Jesse James five years ago, recently announced she’d adopted a 3 1/2-year-old girl named Laila.

Dr. Carle, who hasn’t treated the actress, told The ENQUIRER: “For five years Louis has commanded 100 percent of his mother’s attention. He’s going to react like any kid when all that attention is taken away. He’s not gonna like it.”

“The Blind Side” beauty faces additional problems as the head of a single-parent family, said Dr. Carle. “Without a father figure, it’s more difficult for her,” Dr. Carle divulged.

“She has to provide all the love and guidance the children need without having a husband.”

Sandra has been dating Bryan Randall, 49, a photographer with a checkered past.

As The ENQUIRER reported, Bryan was arrested in 1988 on a DUI charge. He also suggested he did drugs in a post on his Facebook page, saying: “I’m pretty sure (my daughter Skylar) was conceived while I was loaded on LSD.”

Sandra announced Laila’s adoption by allowing Bryan to photograph her with her children for a magazine.

But in an accompanying interview, Sandra said she didn’t see herself marrying again.

“My priorities are my children,” she said. “A man who is brave enough to step into this world of ours has to be someone quite extraordinary.”
