“Some pondered he’d pop the question on his 43rd birthday on December 24 — Christmas Eve!” my Ryan insider reports.
“Others think a better bet is he’ll do it on New Year’s Eve, right before the ball drops at midnight on the ‘Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve’ show he hosts.
