ROSIE O'DONNELL faces the REAL prospect of losing custody of her youngest child after a court discovered she’s a pothead, The National ENQUIRER has exclusively learned.
In a dramatic development in Rosie’s $100 million divorce from ex Michelle Rounds, the former star of “The View” “flipped out” when she failed a drug test, a top informant revealed.
“Some weeks ago, Rosie’s side put out false word to the media that there would be no drug testing as Michelle had demanded,” the insider told The ENQUIRER. “But a test was conducted using a hair follicle, and it came back positive for drugs. When Rosie found out, she was furious!
“She’s been trying to hide her drug use for a long time, and she didn’t realize that marijuana stays in your system for a number of months.”
The sensational disclosure was expected to “blow up” 53-year-old Rosie’s next court appearance, scheduled for June 24, the source added.
“Based on the drug test, Rosie knows she’ll almost certainly have to go through other testing, including medical and psychological exams,” said the source. “It could blow up her chances of getting custody!”
The brash comedian married Michelle in June 2012. They adopted daughter Dakota, now 2, in January 2013. In another twist to the divorce saga, Rosie has moved back to Nyack, N.Y., to “spy” on Michelle, said the source.
“Rosie’s still obsessed with Michelle,” said the source. “All Michelle wants is to be a full-time mother to Dakota, and raise her in a happy and healthy environment.
“That’s something she believes Rosie – in her drugged state – can’t provide.”
