Ronda Rousey has essentially been in hiding since getting her butt kicked in the UFC 193 ring back in November, but she may be ready to put all that behind her — thanks to an Instagram from “Sports Illustrated”!
MJ Daly, editor of SI’s celebrated Swimsuit Edition, posted a photo on her Instagram today that appeared show the former bantamweight champion’s derriere in nothing but body paint!
The unidentified model’s face is not visible, but Ronda fans have pointed out that the woman in the photo has a tattoo on her right wrist that closely resembles the one on Ronda’s right wrist.
The Instagram was captioned: “#instabooty if #2016 keeps going like this then I’m going to be one happy happy girl! #bootypaint #siswimsuit”
Sharp-eyed fashion fans are also noting that the body-painted outfit is actually based on a a real swimsuit from designer Camilla Frank’s own CAMILLA line!
Ronda, of course, has never been shy about her toned body. The fighter appeared — wearing a bathing suit — in last year’s Swimsuit Edition, and she also covered the Body Issue of “ESPN the Magazine” in 2012 — naked! So slathering herself in body paint for a photo shoot would come as no surprise to her fans.
Ronda’s next scheduled public appearance comes when she hosts “Saturday Night Live” on Jan. 23.
