Sean Stewart, the son of singer Rod Stewart, is being sued for allegedly attacking a couple with a brick. In a lawsuit filed on May in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the planitffs, Tolabus and Ericka Stein claim Sean Stewart violently assaulted and battered them while in their Ford F150 on April 23, 2007. The Steins are seeking unspecified damages.
