ROCK HUDSON LOVER DEAD

description

Movie legend Rock Hudson‘s gay ex-lover is dead.

Marc Christian, who won a multi-million dollar settlement from the Hollywood hunk had claimed Rock knowingly exposed him to the HIV virus,  died this past  June at age 56 at the Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California.

Christian made world wide news in 1985 as he sued the Giant and Pillow Talk star’s estate for $10 million. The suit alleged that Hudson had put him at risk of contracting AIDS by hiding the disease from his lover and continuing their sexual relationship.

After becoming the first celeb to publicly acknowledge he had AIDS and confirming the open Hollywood "secret" that he was gay, Rock died in 1985.

Despite winning the lawsuit, Hudson’s lover Christian never developed AIDS.

Christian had also sued Hudson’s secretary Mark Miller, charging he lied when asked about Rock’s   HIV status.

Christian’s sister Susan Dahl told the LA Times she kept her brother’s death "quiet" as she wished for privacy in the turbulent summer of celeb death which claimed Michael Jackson, Farrah Fawcett and Patrick Swayze among many others.
