WATCH: Robert Durst Murders Morris Black In Shocking Prosecution Video

Deadly encounter depicted in chilling animation!

Robert Durst — who prosecutors argue eluded justice in his 2003 trial for the 2001 killing and dismembering of Morris Black — appears in a shocking video clip that depicts that fatal encounter!

The ailing 74-year-old crossdressing millionaire is currently on trial in Los Angeles for the 2000 death of his friend, Susan Berman, and prosecutors are seeking to have the clip, a copy of which has been acquired exclusively by RadarOnline, submitted into evidence.

In the video, Durst is shown “tying up lose ends,” according Los Angeles County District Attorney’s officials, killing Morris as part of a cover-up effort, fearful that his Galveston, Texas neighbor would finger him for having allegedly murdered his missing wife nearly two decades earlier.

The L.A. prosecutors argue in their 439-page motion filed Dec. 27 and acquired by Radar that evidence from the Morris Black murder trial should be included in their case because it depicts a pattern for Durst’s behavior.

Durst’s 2001 actions — fatally shooting Black, dismembering his body, and disposing the body parts — are “analogous to the actions” that the millionaire took to conceal his wife’s alleged murder 19 years earlier.

The video depicts that struggle between Black and Durst, and how Durst shot his neighbor. Durst’s defense attorneys initially filed a motion in attempting to block inclusion of the evidence in his upcoming trial.

But in their Dec. 27 motion, prosecutors said Black was the only person in Galveston who was aware of the millionaire’s true identity. Durst had been living as a woman under the alias of Dorothy Ciner.

Deputy District Attorney John Lewin in the motion draws a pattern of Durst deception designed to elude investigators probing the 1982 disappearance of his wife, Kathie Durst, which led to the murders of Morris and Susan.

“[Durst] killed Morris for the same reason he killed Susan,” the filing states. “Defendant believed, just as with Susan, that Morris was the only thing standing between him and a prison cell. He had to eliminate the problem.”

As The National ENQUIRER previously reported, Durst remains confined to a wheelchair, thin as a rail, and his defense team has openly wondered if he’ll make it to the trial. “We worry about him,” one of the creep’s attorneys, Donald M. Re, told The ENQUIRER. “He’s obviously not getting care 24 hours a day.”
