Iron Man star ROBERT DOWNEY JR.’s son INDIO has been arrested for alleged cocaine possession, cops say.
According to police reports, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies rolled up next to a car with passenger Indio Falconer Downey, 20, inside. They saw him smoking cocaine for a stemmed glass pipe, cops say.
When deputies searched the car at 2 p.m., they allegedly found the younger Downey in possession of cocaine.
Sheriff’s Sgt. Harry Drucker told media that Indo was booked into a West Hollywood jail for possession of a controlled substance. He was released on $10,250 bail at 12:19 a.m. on early Monday.
Robert Downey Jr. famously battled drugs for much of the 1990s before cleaning up his act and becoming a mega-star.
As The ENQUIRER reported last year Indio’s mom, Deborh Falconer who was Downey’s first wife, has battled substance abuse, doing a stint in rehab last year.
