Robert De Niro didn’t let a fancy charity event keep him from cursing out a tech mogul!

The legendary big-screen tough guy — whose volatile secrets have been exposed by The ENQUIRER — was presenting an award to Angelina Jolie at the Wall Street Journal’s Innovator Awards when he took issue with earlier comments made by Stewart Butterfield, who was being honored for his hot app Slack.

Stewart had joked that he was being given the “Nerd Award” while noting all the “supermodels and movie stars” in attendance — and said to Robert: “I watched ‘Godfather II’ on the plane…when you killed Don Fanucci, I liked that.”

Robert was up next on the podium, and spat out: “Whoever the last speaker was . . . I thought you were a bit condescending to us actors, celebrities. I’m gonna go on record with you just to say that. And I don’t give a f – k who you are!”

Robert had much kinder words for frail Angelina, who said during her acceptance speech: ” “I am honored to be among so many artists I truly admire!”
