Country queen Reba McEntire fears she’s a Texas two-step away from a lifetime of crippling pain, friends have exclusively snitched to The National ENQUIRER.

The heroic “I’m a Survivor” singer, 64, has endured an agonizing spine condition for the past five years, as well as a crippling case of arthritis that’s made performing painful and risky business!

“Any twist or turn Reba makes onstage can cause that [spinal] disc to slip,” an insider dished. “She’s also been told that as you get older, it only gets worse!”

Insiders said the “Consider Me Gone” singer has been quietly dealing with the discomfort with the help of a physical therapist.

“The disc kind of comes in and out, so I have to keep my core strength up so I can make it stay in,” Reba admitted. “I’m trying to find all the natural remedies to make the arthritis go away.”

The ailing songbird has resisted having spinal surgery for fear it could leave her with permanent nerve damage and rob her ability to perform — or walk — a source said.

“So she lives with pain every day!” the source added.

Although Reba has continued to tour, she has made concessions to her fragile health.

She has limited her performance schedule to two shows a week and is planning to do a Las Vegas residency in December.

“Staying in one place to perform will be great for her,” the insider snitched.

“Travel only puts her back at further risk.”

A friend added Reba is grateful she’s getting support from boyfriend Anthony ‘Skeeter’ Lasuzzo — the man she turned to after her 26-year marriage to Narvel Blackstock crashed in 2015.

“He’s been her rock,” the source said. “When she starts feeling sorry for herself, he tells her, ‘Getting older isn’t for sissies!’ ”
