Randy Travis has unloaded his Nashville home as he struggles to keep afloat financially!

The country star — who has been making a miracle recovery after flatlining three times and suffering brain damage from a 2013 stroke — sold the three-bedroom property for $545,000, a profit of $45,000 over what he paid in 2010.

Randy also recently released an autobiography, Forever and Ever, Amen, which sources said was fueled by his need for funds — noting his recovery has been incredibly expensive and he has not been able to earn a living by touring or recording.

However, Randy has told pals privately that he’s sure the story of his miracle recovery will get the attention of Hollywood producers, and he is keen to follow in the footsteps of Elton John and Freddie Mercury and have a movie blockbuster made about his triumph!

Randy was frank in his book about how he mishandled his money:

“My lack of attention to financial matters and my misplaced trust in individuals whom I had thought had my best interests came back to bite me — hard.”
