Randy Quaid hasn’t spoken to his brother Dennis for 18 years — but now the wacky fugitive actor is out to mend fences!
But Dennis is leery of a reunion after years of bizarre real-life behavior by the “Independence Day” kook.
Insiders say that’s because Randy is still with his outspoken wife Evi — and Dennis believes she’s at the root of all his older brother’s recent problems.
“Dennis says he just can’t be a part of Randy’s life with Evi in it,” claimed a close pal.

The brothers had originally stopped talking when Dennis split from wife Meg Ryan in 2000.
In 2009, Randy and Evi were charged with defrauding a hotel of $10,000. The couple then fled to Canada to avoid being arrested for squatting in a home they previously owned.
Since then, Randy has spent hours alongside Evi on social media while ranting about Hollywood conspiracies.
“You can call her crazy,” he told one interviewer. “You can call her whatever you want, but she is my lifeline — and if she wasn’t with me, I don’t know where I’d be.”
