Today show star Savannah Guthrie’s queen bee attitude is rocking her marriage, say sources who insist the TV beauty’s hubby, Michael Feldman, is madder than a hornet!
Although Michael runs a PR and consulting firm, Savannah, 50, wears the pants, leaving her 53-year-old mate to look after daughter Vale, 7, and son Charles, 5 — and it’s starting to trigger resentment, say sources.
“Savannah loves him dearly and loves being a mom, but her fierce drive to succeed is pushing Michael’s buttons and he’s sick of it,” says an insider.
“She loves to rave about what a wonderful husband she has and how great he is with everything from taking care of their kids to fixing things around the house, and it’s true, he is,” spills an insider.
“Trouble is, he’s beginning to feel like one of her assistants. She leaves him to-do lists and texts or calls on his progress. She leaves the bulk of the household responsibilities to him because she says she just doesn’t have time to manage the bills, the housekeeper or the repairs.”
“He even takes care of dinner so Savannah doesn’t have to.”
“Their friends can’t blame him for thinking she’s taking advantage of his good side. He’s got his own business to look after but Savannah’s work comes first.”
