PORTIA de ROSSI’s scary skinny confession – the 5’8" actress once weighed 82 pounds!
Promo-ing new book Unbearable Lightness on Oprah, de Rossi dished about more than her shocking eating disorder.
"I definitely had some pretty amazing willpower to get down to 82 pounds.
"And that’s what I was holding onto to.
"I didn’t think about anything else."
She admitted eating only 300 a calories a day and reportedly at the height of her disorder used 20 laxatives a day while keeping the illness a secret.
Portia thanks new wife Ellen DeGeneres for turning her life around.
"Ellen saw a glimpse of my inner being from underneath the flesh and bone, reached in and pulled me out," Portia writes in the book.
