Move over Kardashians and “Duck Dynasty” – “Lady Marmalade” singer Patti LaBelle is cooking up her own brand of reality TV.

The 70-year-old R&B star reveals, “There are people begging me for one now – and nothing’s impossible. I’ll be classy with whatever I do.

“I’m not going to be a hood rat,” she joked.

Patti is a veteran of broadcast TV, starring in her own 1992 sitcom “Out All Night,” and making regular appearances on the hit show, “A Different World.”

Divorced in 2000, the mother of three survived a harrowing 2005 cancer scare – and is now busier than ever. Following her work on the Broadway show “After Midnight,” the Grammy-winning songbird is now getting ready to release her first jazz album – and to become a competitor to Paula Deen and Rachael Ray.

The author of best-selling cookbooks has come up with the perfect recipe for success – a line of sauces and marinades sold in 600 stores.

Next up on the LaBelle menu – savory crab cakes. “It’s called ‘PattiCakes’…in the freezer sections,” said the showbiz whirlwind.

“And then I’m opening some restaurants!”

So stay tuned – any TV show she does will most certainly be in good taste.
