Paris Hilton‘s little brother has been busted for DUI — and he’s only 18! Barron Hilton was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and carrying a fake driver’s license in Malibu Tuesday morning.
Barron’s blood-alcohol level was .14 percent, according to L.A. County sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore. Because Barron is under age, any blood-alcohol level is considered legally drunk.
Hilton was booked and held on $20,000 bail. The Mercedes he was driving was impounded.
Rick Hilton, Barron and Paris’ dad, told reporters: “I haven’t been contacted yet by either my son or the police. If what I have heard is true, it is very disturbing and I will have a lot to say — but it will be to my son, not the media.”
