Gayle King has allegedly ousted Norah O’Donnell at CBS This Morning! The new anchor lineup has been set — sans Norah, thanks to Gayle!

According to Page Six, Gayle ordered that she go! While Gayle, 64, has been a TV mogul for years, her recent R. Kelly interview really heightened her fame — and even forced CBS to update the means of her contract. That said, she really had some pull when it came to making sure the network ditched Norah.

But maybe Gayle had a good reason. “Norah is toxic,” a CBS insider told the news outlet, adding that she is extremely difficult to work with.

Even though Gayle tried to put Norah’s career to s–t, she didn’t quite succeed, however.

While Norah will continue on 60 Minutes, she’s allegedly also been offered a “monster anchor” job, according to the outlet. Page Six reports that she could become the chief political anchor in addition to an anchor at CBS Evening News.

In the past, Norah has been accused of aiding in the plethora of rumors that Jeff Glor could be leaving the network, and now, it seems she could potentially take over his job!

However, “only time will tell” what comes of Norah’s future with the network. She is even demanding “Gayle King money” for the roles, a source said. Take that, Gayle!

The CBS News president declined this report.
