Nicholas Brendon — famous as Xander on the hit show “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” — stormed off the set of “Dr. Phil” in August when confronted with his drinking!

But the troubled actor returns to Dr. Phil today to confess his drinking problems!

“I need more help than I realized!” said Nicholas.

Fans first began to learn about Nicholas’ drinking problem with an arrest on March 17, 2010 — when he was tasered and arrested by Los Angeles police.

That was followed by a string of arrests — and The National ENQUIRER uncovering a shocking video where the former star made a desperate attempt at suicide!

After his first stint in rehab, Nicholas spent several years appearing to be sober.

Then he was arrested on October 17, 2014, while going on a rampage in a Boise, Idaho, hotel during a comic-book convention.

On February 16, 2015, Nicholas was arrested on theft charges after trashing his hotel room and refusing to pay the bill while attending another convention.

The very next month, Nicholas was arrested after destroying yet another hotel room that he deemed unworthy of a “TV star.”

His appearance on “Dr. Phil” in August was meant to reassure fans that he was getting his life together.

Instead, Nicholas stormed off the set, later complaining that “Dr. Phil went for the jugular” and wanted him to “lay the darkest parts of myself on national TV.”

The disgraced celeb then revealed even more of his darkest parts himself — as Nicholas was arrested just weeks later on charges of attacking his girlfrend at a hotel in Saratoga Springs, New York.

Radar Online reported the shocking details of Nicholas’ brutal behavior, although he still insisted to Dr. Phil in today’s appearance that he only “held her down to get the car keys.”

Shortly afterward, The ENQUIRER would reveal the disturbing video of Nicholas hitting a suicidal low.

Audiences will see him on his best behavior in this new “Dr. Phil” appearance, though — which includes audio of Nicholas calling up a producer on the show, begging: “Please help me!”
