The culprit behind the crime that created manhunt show America’s Most Wanted has finally been ID-ed.
27 years after six year old Adam Walsh was decapitated, his killer has been named as Ottis Toole an imprisoned pedophile and serial killer who died more than decade ago in prison.
The death of his son filled John Walsh with a sense of urgency as he began a weekly TV show to apprehend America’s Most Wanted.
Since it’s inception in 1988, AMW has busted over 1000 perps.
"Evidence proves beyond a doubt that if Toole were alive today, he’d be charged and convicted of abducting and killing Adam," Walsh’s rep told media.
